I’d suggest donating to Kiwanis instead of this location. They’ve also raised their prices dramatically in the last few years."

"I have donated hundreds of dollars to Goodwill Industries through the years. Recently, I went to this Goodwill store to return a bedspread and two pillow shams. I was aware that I couldn’t get a refund for the items purchased, but could exchange the items for something else. To my surprise, I was told that I could no longer even exchange the items. I was told that effective July 1, 2023 that they had changed their policy. I asked why was the policy changed. I was told that many people buy items and go home and switch the tags and bring them back to exchange. What? First of all, you must present your receipt which itemizes your purchases in order to exchange items. In my opinion, this is a lame excuse to change a policy that prevents the customer from exchanging goods that they purchased. Just wanted to make the public aware of this new policy change. So, if you buy anything that’s not electric you cannot ever exchange it. So, be careful what you buy because you’re stuck with it. Oh, by the way one of the cashier’s suggested that I could just donate my purchase back to Goodwill."
"If you're looking for bargains don't come here, prices are very high here. Not worth going to on the regular. I will say for the most part it is kept as neat and clean as this type of place can be, but that doesn't justify the prices. Whoever is in back pricing needs to realize they aren't a antique store or new retail store."
