"Went in with a broken phone looking for a replacement. They told me my phone would not turn on because I hadn't updated it even though i told them i updated it regularly. They attempted a factory reset and said it would be fine once it finished updating. I returned before I left the parking lot and they eventually agreed that the phone would need to be replaced."
