"I have enjoyed my experiences at this dispensary until recently. I purchased three cartridges, two of which work perfectly, but one does not function at all. I returned to the dispensary to inform them about the faulty cartridge, simply requesting an exchange for a working one. I did not ask for a refund. They performed some tests and said it worked fine which it didn’t. They lost a customer which is disappointing because they don’t have many of."
