"This place is run by scammers. Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off. Edit from owners response: No you don't understand. The girl that works there is lying to people and scamming them. She should literally be arrested for fraud. She added a tablet to my account after charging me $200 for a phone that should have been $100. She claims that everything that came with the phone is a gift and it wouldn't have made a difference to the price which is a lie. She also told me that I could take the tablet off the line after a month which is exactly the opposite of the truth. After a month they won't let you."

"On or about May 28th I went to get a new phone. They sold me a party speaker didn't ask me if I wanted it I assumed it went with the phone and then they also sold me the adapter that you plug into the wall to plug your charger and I have tons of those I didn't need one this is about $50. The phone cuts off all the time mid-conversation. I called 611 the girl listened to me and let me talk to my supervisor and then all the sudden recording of a Spanish word speaking in Spanish came on. I don't speak Spanish. If this is the way you operate your business I want nothing to do with Metro. You sell things to people that don't know any better just to make an extra buck. I will be going to another carrier"
