Worse move ever to transfer a phone. Anyway, the system was down and she couldn't bring up my information. But it was 45 minutes before closing, so Ariel was a great help and answered many of my questions. Although the system (Spectrum) never did come up for the remaining time, she was so professional and gave me such good service I will come back and do business there with her.
