"I walked in today with my Week old Simrad GO9 not turning on. The two gentleman took my Simrad hooked to display wire and it will not turn on. The sales guy just walked into the back room came out with new GO9, no questions. Exchanged it took all 10 mins. I had the new one hooked up & in my boat running normal in 20 mins. Now that is GREAT customer service! Thank you 5 stars!"

The manager informed me that all West Marines are trying to get their pricing to a more competitive level and in the mean time they are price matching everyone, even Amazon.
