"I was very disappointed today. My 84 year old mom was not seen today because of his policy in which I did not know that if you are 7 minutes late you would have to reschedule. Well, When he called in sick last week I had to reschedule for my mom which was today and he couldn't see her. My moms steps are shorter and he couldn't see her. 9 minutes late we were and he couldn't see her. Wow!! I took half a day off work. I live on Fairfield drive. Mom stays in Cantonment. (You know, a lot can happen between Fairfield and Cantonment.) I got half way to Ensley last week on my way to pick her up for the original appt when my sister text me and said The receptionist called and said, he was sick and would not be in today and wanted me to reschedule for my mom which was today but today just blew my mind. The receptionist claimed he was booked(Dr.Thiele) there was only one patient in the lobby. Wow!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED and Mom was DEVASTATED!!! She was even trying to plea with him. The receptionist by that time had closed the window. I said mama just come on!! Hallelujah Anyhow!!! Remember you gotta get old too one day!!"

"Dr. Theile was great but the billing department did not process the claim properly with my Insurance. As a result, I received a bill to pay for the lab work. Although my insurance company assured that all claims are paid, my bill went to a collection agency that I did not even know. When I called my insurance Blue Cross & Blue Shield, the representative informed me that blood work is covered 100% by the insurance company. But the doctor's office did not check the right box and it needed to send the claim to BCBL once again. While I was working with the doctor's office and speaking with the insurance company to resolve the issue, my bill was sent to a collection agency, and finally, my credit score was damaged. It has been over two years now and I am still working with one bill. The fact is that I have Blue Cross & Blue Shield for over 15 years and never had to pay for the blood report done by any doctors offices that visited. Quest Diagnostic or any other places. I have been visiting Dr. Jeane Gorton with Sacred Heart and my insurance took care of all types of blood work. Very unfortunately, when I moved near UWF, I selected Dr. Thiele, and the only blood work I had to do caused me this bad credit score. My blood was drawn by the Baptist Medical Group and was sent to the Baptist Hospital. Instead of working with Blue Cross, they decided to send the bill to the collection agency. For the last two years, each time I called Dr. Theiele's office the lady informed me that my balance was zero. I called Baptist Medical Group's business office and was informed that my balance was zero. But my credit score came from very high to below 650 because of the negligence by Baptist Medical Group. I am not discouraging anyone but proving how one company's negligence can cause its consumers to pay the ultimate price. For the 25 years, I did not have any late payment with any companies and this unfair and unjustified bill that damaged my credit report is absolutely ridiculous. --"
