"Dr. Kharé is a great doctor and is very attentive. However, her office staff does her practice a great disservice with their lack of professionalism and ethics. They also don't accommodate people with disabilities that limit their mobility and travel."

"As a one time patient...I was shocked when I received a 50.00 bill for as staff said was no show charge. I never had an appointment, I told office when I left that one time appoint. I would call them ,since I would be out of town,withno excess to my computer,or phone service in mountains 5000 ' up with no service. I was told last month not to worry about it she would takecare of it. Well, yesterday received another 50.00 bill I Called as to why, different office manager was belligerent, nasty, rude ,ariganant, even told me she was recording me!! The last I was told that against the law. But apparently The new Dr. offices staff are using that to threaten patients! Dr. Khare needs to know how her office staff are treating patients !I paid 50.00 to their billing Co that agreed it was a far reached charge ! and put in complaint ."

"Dr Geeta best doctor, she is like Dr Cleveland, the only problem is the front desk management charge me more than my co-pay, they kicked me out ( Nasty). I requested to see the doctor but they refused to let me. They look like they owned the the place. Horrible office management. The crew's with doctor Cleveland professional and respectful."

"We loved Dr. Cleveland, he was amazing treating my son & I both with our allergies and my sons chronic asthma. The staff was wonderful and so great with our allergy shots. Once he left and saw the new doctor it was horrible! I don’t think she even looked at our existing records. She didn’t even know the medications my son was on for his asthma, which took a long time to get under control. She wanted to change his meds and when I kept having to reiterate what my son had been taking that was working. She did not take the time explaining things to us & seemed hurried. We never went back. Dr. Cleveland would be appalled in my opinion."

"Dr. Cleveland and his staff are concerned, helpful, friendly people. And, they listen! I've always felt welcome and never belittled. I have not seen evidence of office politics that put a patient in the middle as has happened to me at other medical offices. Also, I have always been able to get my shots quickly and can be out of the office in 40-45 minutes. Elsewhere it took up to 1.5 hours. I highly recommend Dr. Cleveland."
