"I’m on the fence with this office. They are in a good location with plenty of parking, the staff is polite but don’t convey confidence, to be more specific, whenever I had a general question about my medical records, they can’t seem to have an answer. They rarely if ever answer phone calls, even when calling first thing in the morning. This is no random event, it happens consistently. On my last visit, I was told I’d get a call to set up an ultrasound, that call never came. It’s disappointing, I had recently switched from another Provider to this office because it looked promising, my visits with Dr. Lin have gone well, I’m not so sure about the rest of the staff."
