"She is caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable, but it is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone and voicemails, if you can actually leave one, are not always returned in 48 hours. My husband has been waiting over a week for someone to call him back. Unfortunately this problem has been ongoing since she moved to this location so I assume the blame falls on Ascension Sacred Heart since it is their building and their telephone system. I really hate the thought of my entire family changing doctors, especially since Dr. Wilson is so exceptional, but having to go without necessary medications because you can not reach anyone on the phone is unacceptable and potentially harmful."
