"I had been waiting on a call to schedule with Dr. Kotlarz. My doctor had sent a referral for a STAT appointment. I had not heard from them so I called. The nurse answered and said, oh we don't accept your insurance. I said, well did you plan on letting me know since my doctor needs me to see the doctor ASAP? She stuttered over her words. They were not even going to inform me that they did not accept my insurance. This isn't against the doctor, but maybe he needs to have his staff be more proficient especially when it's someones life in their hands."
