"I had to go to this ER yesterday and I really wanted to compliment the entire staff there. From the girl at check-in to the nurses and the doctor that took care of me. I feel horrible that I do not remember any of their names. They were so efficient, caring, and just took fantastic care of me. Also took their time explaining everything. I just can't say enough good things about my experience. No one likes going to the ER, but they certainly made it less "painful". Thank you for everything!"

"I was in the ER for a terrible migraine. 07/16/2024 I have never had to do that in all my adult life of having migraines. I would like to thank the staff for the compassion and understanding they showed me. I really did not feel comfortable going for a migraine but also felt desperate. They never made me feel like I was a bother to them. The front desk attendant was kind and attentive to my needs even offering to turn the lights down in a certain section due to my photophobia. Unfortunately they had to turn them back on per policy according to a nurse that came out. That’s okay understand. The triage nurse was kind and understanding of my situation of dealing with the naval hospital issues and the delay in care I have with them. My meds couldn’t be refilled in time due to an error in the naval pharmacy system and the neurology clinic permanently closing at NHP I don’t have an appt in town until October. I receive Botox and nerve blocks for my migraines and both are months past due. I say all that to say I appreciate the compassion that was shown to me for taking time in the ER. I believe it was P.A ENOS. I may have his credentials incorrect. The nurse that placed my IV was wonderful, I believe she was a “float” that was helping everyone. Also the nurse that is new to the area we were talking about her transition. She discharged me and I believe gave me my medications. I would really love to see these staff members thanked for their care and compassion."

"Who likes the hospital first of all I never write these reviews but I went to this place with my kid and we are both nervous. We saw this doctor Cooper who put me at ease with my daughter’s situation. I believe the radiation department was closed so he couldn’t get, all of the test results done for her but his recommendations for her health were to me top-notch he seemed very concerned about my kid. He even put me at ease talking about his family. I must say this was worth me taking the time to let somebody know that not all hospitals are bad and that doctors can’t put you at ease."

"Very calm and caring right from the start. The nurse I had was wonderful, radiology tech very professional and assuring and even the young man who helped me with the check in was so friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough about Dr. Soud. I wish he was in practice in this area because I would certainly like to be one of his patients."
