"You Know After Several Upsetting Drs Around Pensacola I Decided To Give Him A Try. I was having heart palpitations and was getting severe anxiety about it. I was on a rapid decline. 30 Years Old. I Was Worried About My Heart( I have an inflammatory disease) he said all the tests came back great but to ease my burden he sent me to have an elaborate stress test and imaging. Turns out my heart is great. He is a problem solver. Treat the problem not the symptoms. Guess what? Now when my heart does that I know that it is a normal phenomena of the heart. It no longer gives me anxiety and I don’t have to take anxiety medication. I’m six months In."

"Worse Dr I have EVER been to. He was rude and hateful. I am on disability and he flat out told me he dont see people with disabilities even though his office takes my insurance. Bloodwork was done and repeated three times because they kept loosing it. My home nurse came by the same day I saw daum and told me my glucose levels were so low she was taking me to the ER. Even thought I had just left Daums office and told him I felt weak and faint. My levels were checked and I was told go eat something I should be fine. My number 67. I gave Daum three chances and all three ended with the same result. I even saw a nurse practitioner in this same office and she was exactly the same. RUDE and smelled of whisky and kept running out of the exam room. DO NOT even make an appointment here if you are on disability you will be discriminated against and treated like you are lower than they are. Even the front office is not on the same page as the Dr's in the back. This entire office is unorganized and has no idea what is going on. The lab is not on the same page as the Dr and the Dr is not on the same page as scheduling. You have to wait over 45 min to even see the dr and when you do they are rushing you to tell them what is going on and then the dr does not even cover half of what you requested to see him for. My third visit was for a yearly physical they took my weight and blood pressure that was it. Seriously I could have did that at home. Never even addressed my concerns or even listened to me when I asked questions. He would cut me off and say a rude comment. His office has been reported to my insurance company. I see a lot of different types of Dr's for my disability and by far Michael Daum was the worse Primary care I have even been to."
