"Found this store on a whim, and they got me into TCGs. I love my little "family" that I made here, and they helped me branch out into my hobby's community. Now I have a lot of new friends and acquaintances, one of which is Brandon, an employee of the store. They've developed such a large community, they are sometimes cramped. The store also hosts a board game night on Wednesdays along with OPTCG!"
"My son has recently gotten back into Pokémon cards and we were so excited to have a place so close to home to check out. The guys that work there are super cool, knowledgeable, and my son loves the atmosphere here. It's his new favorite card shop."
"Knowingly misold a graded card on ebay and wont message back to help rectify. Having to send this back from the UK as was charged double for a misold card and now have to waste 3 weeks of time to get a refund for an item that was sold not as described and was obvious dishonesty from the store. No contact back via email, wont even provide return postage. I would not recommend buying graded cards from this store. Online or in store. - Cant leave negative feedback online so have had to find the store on Google to warn potential Poké Customers!! Unfortunately, this purchase is no longer eligible for Feedback. "Haven't been able to travel due to an accident the few couple months, but stumbled upon Hyper collectibles and their great prices and customer service and have been shopping online with them for since the holidays as they've always got the cards my nieces and nephews are looking to play and show off at school! Great experience as a remote customer, I've always recommended their store whenever someone i know is looking for something. When I'm able to travel again, definitely making the detour when in the Tampa area!"
