"I had to change my reviews to three stars I would make it one star, but Alex was so amazing. I cannot do that. I just dealt with Joseph Morris at the Palm Harbor made me feel so uncomfortable and awkward. I understand, troubleshooting a pen but to make me walk outside and hit The pen in front of him after he has hands all over it then proceeds to blow on the pen then asked me hit it infront of him that’s disgusting when I have previously already exchanged these pens have called and let them know about my problem. It was absurd. I understand troubleshooting, but he made it embarrassing and awkward and uncomfortable. He was very rude. I will only return to the store when Alex is working/ Thank you so very much the professionalism information and courtesy I was treated with at jungle boys Palm Harbor is unmatched Alex is amazing I felt like I was in the most upscale dispensary you could find I was greeted with such kindness and treated so well in the back Alex was informative and so knowledgeable about everything so professional Let me know the best ways to use my products as well as the rest of the staff was great too. I will be back to jungle boys forever"

"I like their flower a lot. Didn't try anything else. They had swag like clothes n stuff. Nice quality bag w fun graphics. Not into the plastic bags but less waste than plastic jars. The location is difficult to access but it's us19 construction so not their fault. Can't wait to try more strains. The sales put them slightly above the cheap stuff elsewhere w better quality. Hoping the service/infrastructure is up to par like most all other dispensaries but 1 (TL) has been."

"Initially came in to try their Tropical Splash per the manager’s suggestion and loved it, but the Pen quit on me. Staff kindly helped me in exchanging credit towards one of their Gram disposables. Customer service here is excellent, and within reason. If you have issues with a prescription, or form of use, they’ll politely guide and help you in finding a better tool/strain for you. I just wish their tropical splash came in a form of concentrate. I will for sure be coming back to try a concentrate, just not sure which. Very grateful to have a Jungle Boys near me."
