"Beware of Palm Harbor Petco at the Seabreeze Plaza!!! My 79 year old mother went in with a picture of the puppy food we use yesterday but was given the wrong kind of food. Then she wasn’t given a receipt. When she tried to exchange the wrong food for the correct food today the manager refused to let her make the exchange without the receipt (although she had evidence of the purchase on her credit card). She was also treated very rude by the manager! Needless to say we’d give zero stars if we could. We are new to the area but won’t be using Petco!"
"I went into Petco in Palm Harbor not expecting much as it was a commercial chain. Boy, was I wrong! I was blown away by how beautiful and healthy the fish in the Aquatics department were. The store manager Chris and Shannon are very knowledgeable and care deeply about matching customers with the right pet!"
