"Awesome designs, workmanship, and dedication to gentle teaching (I thought I knew everything to know on quilting and have been educated). Lori and her assistant, husband, Keith, are stewards for the community and humanity also. They make accept used linens and quilting/sewing scraps to make dog beds to donate to local shelters. As well as making 'Angel Gowns' from used wedding dresses for babies that take a direct route to heaven, and comfort grieving parents. I've had several quilts done by Southern Whimsy Quilting. They become real 'friends' and will not do anyone wrong."
