"Brought my 11 year old daughter in for a haircut. We came in at our reserved appointment time. Her hair was cut, was not washed and 15 minutes later when her next appointment came in, she asked if I wanted my daughters hair blow dried? I stated yes, she then asked, all the way dry, and I replied, yes. She then tried to put my daughter under a drying table instead of blow drying my daughters hair so she could move on to her next appointment versus just drying my daughters hair. This did not sit well as we had a busy day scheduled and to be dismissed for the next appointment was poor customer service. I was told that washing and blow drying are not part of the services provided in the state of “Florida”…. Hmmmmm I would not recommend this salon at all!! Customers beware…"

"Called for pricing, was told they would need to see my hair according to what I wanted (an inverted bob & highlights) and given an appt.; was not given any pricing upfront. Husband paid for services midway through the process when he paid for his haircut. I didn’t know how much until we left. OMG!!! I have never paid that for salon service in 50 yrs of life and after almost 4 hours, haircut was nice but not even close to what I ask for, highlights were ok but not real noticeable. And without noticing, I left with skin stained from color. Although I will say the stylist was very kind and tried really hard. Unfortunately, not a good experience overall. Not trying to be harsh, just being honest. Best of luck to them on improving."

"I was in search for a local hair salon and I happened upon Compliments hair salon while I was out driving today. I was schedule for a wash, cut and blow out by Lisa and was taken right away as a "walk in". Lisa was so lovely, personable and professional and treated me so well. I was more than pleased with my lovely hair style. I will surely recommend this salon to my friends and coworkers. You get treated so nicely. It was a treat and my luck to have found this beautiful salon."
