"Called to try to book an appointment and the lady that answered yelled “why didn’t you come in yesterday” and mind you I’ve never called this place before so I was very confused and I proceeded to ask when they had openings for a one hour back massage and she asked when I’d like to come in (also weird to me) so I told her a time that worked for me and then she asked if I could come earlier because the time wasn’t good. She must’ve confused me with someone else and I felt very uncomfortable. I told her I no longer wanted their service. Will definitely not be booking anything there."
