Solace Sauna Studio

"Love sauna - Solace was first on my list to try around town. The positive: cute place. Nice staff. Temp is definitely toasty enough to get a good sweat in. You can also play Bluetooth inside. The room has a nice setup and feels private. The eucalyptus towels / water station / oranges - all awesome and appreciated. The biggest issue: I could hear all of the conversations, billing calls, etc from outside the room - even with Bluetooth connected music playing. The room had a sliding door and most of the calls seemed to be taken on speaker phone, so despite my music - I could very clearly hear the conversations. It was super distracting and all in all - not a great experience. Came here to destress and left more stressed than when I came, tbh. Sweat sesh was good. Relaxing? No. I really love the idea of accessible sauna and I wanted to support a business so close to home that values it. But this missed the mark for me."

"Oh my gosh. Wonderful environment, super clean and high end saunas, and they just added a cold plunge. I’m hooked. The staff here are all amazing as well - kind, willing to answer any and all questions, and invested in each guest’s best experience each time they visit."

"Walked past this spot while exploring downtown and decided to get a session in because it’s been chilly. The studio is very clean and modern, and provides a generous amount of the extras needed (towels, cold eucalyptus towels, body spray, rosemary hair spray, hair ties, etc). The staff was so nice and made us feel very comfortable. There are a few rooms with different types of saunas. They’re all clean, and you get an out of this world sweat in. Each sauna has Bluetooth so you can listen to music of your choice, change the lighting and temperature. I will most definitely be back when I’m in town again. This spot is worth stopping by if youre thinking about it!! I love it"

"I've had an unlimited membership on and off for Solace since it first opened and I can't recommend this place highly enough. Even after the transfer of ownership, the sauna continues to be an elevated and restorative space with a calming atmosphere. Infrared lighting has many benefits for your health and Solace makes it easy for you to enjoy privately or with a guest. All of the staff members are incredible and radiate warmth (pun intended). Love this space "

"One of the best investments I’ve ever made… Solace Sauna is extremely clean, with modern design & equipment, and welcoming environment. I love the infrared individual experience—all customizable from inside your sauna (adjust temperature, lighting and music as needed). Courtney is lovely! Highly, highly recommend. No membership required but it’s hard not to want to be there every day! The eucalyptus cold face towels post-heat are the icing on the cake… you will leave feeling refreshed and detoxed."
