The smell of marijuana at 9am, Michelle did not have shoes on (barefoot), The "office" had one hardback chair against one wall, a table against another wall, without any obvious gloves, antiseptic supplies, etc. There was NOT any diploma's for Michelles' Physician Assistant Degree, or College Degree/Diploma, which she advertises on her website. Michelle said "they usually have that on-line", NOT TRUE!!! Michelle only had her Level 1 training certificate for the use and administration of dermal filler injections, dated 5/11/2019. Michelle's "business" is CASH ONLY!!!! There were too many flags to have ANYTHING done by Michelle."
