"I am well I was a new client I wanted to go back to relaxing my hair the first appointment was a little rocky since he was late but I didn’t over react… My pixie cut came out cute and the color but as I kept going back I kept getting excuses, tardiness, and half step work..my third time I went back to him he asked for a deposit (never did that before) he then pushed my time back and then I still ended up waiting and my services was rushed due to him having to be somewhere. My hair hasn’t stopped falling out the color is not perfect I have a big brown circle in the back of my head (my hair is blonde) and both my sides and my back and top is very uneven and I asked him numerous times to fix it he bailed on me to go out of town and he just continued to give me excuses and wouldn’t work with me at all and I just got done and I am now wearing a bonnet or headband to try to make the hairstyle look cute but it’s ugly and I asked twice very kindly for just the deposit back (50 dollars) but he’s still haven’t refund it so now I’m getting aggravated and now I’m demanding my full refund.. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re not a regular and/or you don’t mind rushed work."
