"This should be an ZERO star review! After speaking with this company about providing repair work to my mother’s house, they had a sales rep reach out to me. I spoke with the rep and he said he would go to the address and provide us an estimate no later than Tuesday of the following week. On Monday I reached out to the rep via text to see if he had made it over to the address. No reply. On Tuesday, I called the rep and no response. On Wednesday, I called the office 3 times and was hung up on each time without anyone even speaking to me. This company will waste your time!! Don’t bother calling them!!"

"If you want or need a roof done by professional people avoid Affordable roofing. I had my roof done by this company in February of this year. The staff in their offices especially in the front were ABSOLUTELY the rudest individuals I have ever come into contact with in my doing business with someone. In attempting to break down my invoice the receptionist immediately became aggressive with me stating “she didn’t care what their salesman text me” and to take it up with court…. Although all I was trying to do was ask a question and inform of some possible discrepancies. No one had access to records and it was written up wrong several different times before they were able to figure it out. If you’re a vulnerable individual, avoid them. Never again."

"We had some missing shingles and a cracked vent pipe boot that needed repair after Ian. Since we had Affordable install the roof 9 years ago we called them and asked for service. Not only did they come in a timely manner but they also made all the repairs and didn't charge us because the boot was still under warranty. We couldn't have asked for better service from a roofing company, especially in the aftermath of a hurricane. They are the best!"

"I tried to do business with this company. My mother dealt with Tim and had rave reviews for him. After it rained I called because I had water pouring through a light fixture and 9 lines of water on the ceiling. After I told her ( I think her name was Michelle) she took my information. She then told me I was all set and the estimator would contact me. She told me to give him at least a month. I understand that after the hurricane there are long waiting times and I do not have a problem waiting my turn. I asked her what I should do about the water coming into the house. Was there a way to get someone over to at least fix it so I did not have water coming in the house. Her response was I should get some buckets. She said she knew it sounding strange but that it really was going to stop raining soon. From my understanding this company does awesome work and are very good at what they do, but unfortunately I did not get the awesome service that apparently others got. I understand that because of the hurricane that many if not all roofing companies are very overworked. I had some tell me that they were very sorry but that they would not be able to get to me for a week or two and even recommending a few other places to call because they know how important it is to get at least a temporary fix done right away. She told me to get some buckets!"

"From the moment John stepped on the property he was so helpful in finding the best solution to save this 1926 flat and tile roof. I can say the end product is better than we could’ve expected. His entire crew is so friendly and hardworking. These guys are the best and I’m so thankful for all their hard work.
