"Contacted Bath Solutions for a consultation and a quote. Allen Marquis called and made an appointment to review our project. Two bathrooms guest and master. He spent about 20 min looking over the job and quoted us a price, one for financing and the other cash. We were told he would get back to us in a week with a complete proposal. We decided to visit the so-called showroom the following weekend to checkout the products they used. Very disappointing cheep no name tubs, fausets, toilets etc. We were told again he would get the proposal to us the following week. After two weeks we received a call from their customer service representative asking us how satisfied we were with Allen. I explained we had not heard from him and were told she would remind him to get on it. That was two months ago and still nothing. We have decided to use another contractor. Very frustrating process with them. Not recommended to use if you are doing a complete remodel."
