"We had a major bathroom remodel completed. The tub to shower conversion was much more involved than we thought it would be. Relocating the drain uncovered some issues with older cast iron drains, Installing a light and fan inside the shower area also meant removing the old fan and closing up the ceiling opening, removing the popcorn finish and painting. And of course once you break up the floor to get at the drain you need to do new flooring. We selected Marble tiles for the shower and a waterfall feature element. This was a very involved process especially the niche. Then there was hurricane Irma. This required some additional work like drywall, trim and flooring to be addressed in another room and closet. Thanks to Remodel Craze we got through it all. James and his team walked us through each phase of the project and gave us options when problems and issues surfaced.
