"BUYER BEWARE. This is not a good company. These idiots installed the roof and underlayment right over top of my dryer vent. It took several contractors to figure out what happened and that this company was to blame. After asking for fair reimbursement of my actual expenses, both the COO and CFO refused to reimburse me for my costs. Their insurance won’t honor the claim because they have a $100,000 commercial policy deductible. Now I’m going to have to sue them in court to get my money back."

"CFS installed a new roof on our home in August of 2020 at a cost of $52,500. Within 60 days, we had a roof leak which CFS repaired under the warranty. 2 years later, we realized they used OUR spare tiles to make that repair leaving us short of tiles to make other cracked tile repairs after hurricane Ian hit. While we finally convinced them to replace those tiles, it took a YEAR! 3 years and 8 months after leak 2, a leak re-appeared in the same spot. While disappointed that CFS failed to protect our home in the same area twice, we thought they would stand behind their work and properly correct the problem, but instead they hid behind their industry weak warranty of two years (shame on us for thinking all reputable roofing companies had similar warranties - we've since learned that many/most others offer 5-10 years). So, for the 3rd try to keep water out of our home, they wanted to charge us $1,390! How STUPID would we be to PAY a contractor with a proven track record of failure, to try again??? We attempted to appeal to their interest in correcting the issue at no cost to us with no success. Hence this review. BUYER BEWARE: If you are considering using CFS, don't make the mistake we made. Move along and find a company that is more willing to stand behind their work and value your relationship. You'll be nothing more than a transaction to CFS."

"CFS was hired to repair our roofing after Hurricane Ian. The final invoice was sent before completion. When CFS was called to finish the job they said no problem... Fast forward 2 weeks and an armed Sherriff knocks on the door with Lien paperwork in hand. CFS claims the incomplete work was not on the proposal. It was rake flashing on the front of the house that could easily be seen from the driveway. In addition this area was pointed out to the Estimator. Another company was hired to complete the roofing. Not only did they do the rake flashing but repaired multiple areas not done by CFS. Horrible Company with unacceptable business practices."

"This company is amazing. I initially used them for some work after a wind storm. They were quick, left estimates, great and affordable pricing and completed the repairs. They also ensured they cleaned up and left no small bits of product until the yard for my puppy to get. I used them again after a small fire damaged some sidingZ others told me they were not interested in the business both times because the repairs were small. CFS never said that!
