"Doing project in Charlotte county. Project manager is Matthew Distel. Very poorly managing project. Put big pile of dirt in front of your business. Waiting for ashphalt now. It’s been over a week now. Answer I got was, short supply of Ashphalt. It can take two or more weeks. Can’t say anything. We have RIGHT OF WAY. So please wait quietly. I thought you are the project manager to manage the project. How can someone can do business for these many days when you put big dirt pile in their parking lot. (Sorry in front of my parking lot in ROW area.). Not trying to convince you that they are working on it ASAP. Keep you in a loop but their answer is it’s ROW. We do not care about your business kind of feeling you get when you talk to construction workers. This was only one incident. There were other in a past too. Please Government agencies when you hire them please be aware that even upper management do not care. I talked to someone in upper management too but haven’t heard anything from them either that when would they finish parking lot project."
