"I’m posting this review on behalf of my aunt Honnie below, thanks Ryans! “My home on Captiva Island was hit during Hurricane Ian in 2022; leaving over three feet of water standing throughout my home and guest house for many weeks. I reached out to StructurePros who responded promptly, amid I’m sure, a very hectic time for the island. From the beginning they were very open to my ideas and concerns. I found working with them a very collaborative process; sometimes they were right and I was wrong, and I really appreciated the fact that they cared so much to even push back. I felt we were partners and I learned things from them and they listened to me. Everyone who has seen the new more open kitchen has loved it. I was skeptical at first, but they managed to update the house without losing that old-Florida feel and still kept the soul of our home we’ve loved for decades. As born and raised locals, they have many contacts with other reliable construction vendors; companies they knew personally. Their network is vast and trustworthy. I was so pleased to get the dock back to the way it was 40 years ago. StructurePros took the time to look at what the footprint had been (via Google imagery). They also recommended the use of modern materials for the dock that still look realistic, but which will last decades for my family to enjoy. The quality of craftsmanship is undeniable, they didn’t cut corners. But listened when I disagreed with a course of action. They went above and beyond and were open to any small change or adjustments that would help us feel more comfortable. For example, I am short in stature and without any argument, they went back to lower the cabinets (without charging additionally) so I could reach the shelves more easily.
