"Herons Glen resident still waiting for 2 new courts and 4 existing courts to be completed (repainting, lights, seating canopy, and landscaping). After leaving several reviews on Mor Sports' page to complain that they missed the May 15, 2024 deadline they had promised, we were told by our HG general mgr. that Stultz is the GC on this and several other HG projects. But, according to Mor Sports, Lee Co. Inspections is holding the entire project up! If this is true, do your job, Stultz! Allow Mor Sports to do theirs! The wait is getting more and more ridiculous, especially since we spoke with Lee County Inspections today and found out that permits for said projects were approved 12/2023 and given in Feb 2024. PLENTY of time to get projects underway!! Someone needs to take responsibility, either Stultz as GC, our GM in HG, or Mor Sports (hopefully, because they care they've been hired to do a job and take pride in that)! We are aware that Stultz has hired a private inspection company as opposed to using Lee county so, please...make it count!! We'll be waiting and we are not going away! Perhaps a call (or a meeting) with Universal Engineering (the private inspection company) and/or Mor Sports to get the projects finished would be in order?!"

"Our 2 new pickleball courts in Herons Glen are over a year late!! Avoid them at all costs! Update: yep still waiting for them to finish the job. Courts are done but no seating, canopy, pavers on one side (we can only use one gate), no lights... what a horrible experience. They don't seem to care about bad reviews."
