First I would like to commend Lauren, who was honest and very helpful with information concerning when the concrete tile would arrive and be installed. She held my hand through this entire process and texted updates and followed through on everything! Every company should have a representative like her! Needless to say, I was very upset and nervous with the aftermath of IAN. When her crew came out, they work every day from 7:30 am until the sunset. They wanted to get the job done. In addition they cleaned up afterwards everyday. i heard horrible stories about people finding nails all over their yards etc. That was not the case with LLOYDS ROOFING!
