"** 4/5/2024 Update to my original review** I received a call from Brandon at Home Plus regarding my frustration with completing the roofing job. Brandon listened to me, immediately stepped in to address the issue, scheduled a date to complete the job, and made it happen!! He was amazing - communicated with me throughout the week it took from his first call to me until the workers came out last Thursday and finally finished the job! I'm very pleased with the results. After months of frustration in trying to get a call back and get the job done, Brandon made it happen. I would recommend Home Plus Roofing and definitely working with Brandon! We hired Home Plus to do a complete roof replacement - we paid them $40,000 for a new roof and I've been trying for months to get them to finish the job. They basically took old facials and soffits , bent them and shoved them under the gutter. I've spent 2 months calling and texting our sales rep, the Home Plus office, and have been told 5 times 'someone will be out this week, or tomorrow , etc to complete the job.' No one shows up and now they don't answer the phone. The roof job was a complete mess-every day workers were there I had to call the project manager (who surprisingly no longer works there), the sales rep and the office and ask them to please clean up the thousands of nails and debris all over the outside of the house. Completely unprofessional and unresponsive. We are now forced to hire an attorney to resolve this matter -it's been a total nightmare. Highly recommend NOT USING HOME PLUS ROOFING-they are scammers ! The one star is only because I was forced to pick at least one.... If I could pick a negative star I would have ..."

"We would like to share our experience with the replacement of our roof which was completed a few days ago. It was a long journey since Ian. The insurance company attested that it should be replaced and after a lot of research trying to find the best roofing company, we hired Roofing by Homeplus, located at Fowler street. "We went with Roofing by Homeplus Inc., as they gave us a great price and were very professional from start to finish. Every visit was on time and the guys worked until dark every day they were here. Before they left at the end of the day they cleaned up all around the house, no nails all over the ground or in the driveway! My brother-in-law had a roof done by another company at the same time and still is finding nails all around his house. They added more ridge vents on the roof and gave us a very good price for a solar attic fan that makes a huge difference on the heat in our attic. It has made our house cooler in the middle of the hot summer day. I was home when the inspector came to check on the work and I asked him how did they do up there. He said they did a good job and has never had a problem with any of the jobs that he inspected for them before. He said there is some companies out there that he has to watch. Final inspection passed without any problems. I waited to post this until we got our wind mitigation inspection and he crawled all through our attic and went on the roof, he said they did a great job screwing everything and bringing our roof up to today's code! I was so happy to hear this as you never know who you are hiring for a job and are relying on them to do the best work. With all this said I would recommend them to do your roofing needs without a doubt."
