"In the process of buying a new home, the home inspection report showed that the roof had not been installed to Florida Code. The roof was not inspected by the County roofing inspectors. D Peck was allowed by the County Department to sign a waiver stating that the new roof was installed correctly. I hired two more home inspection companies to prove it was incorrectly completed. They all agreed that the roof did not meet code. The County Departments stated they had closed the file with receipt of the waiver and do not reopen files for reinspection. D Peck sent their own inspector, who agreed with the other inspectors. D Peck engaged a lawyer to prevent remedy. End of story. I will not recommend D Peck Roofing."

"RUN!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! I had D Peck Roofing do a tile re-roof on my home approximately 10 years ago. Since then there have been 2-3 new leaks each year ...starting with the first rain. until last year they came back to fix the mess they made. Now General Manager , Don is such a CS that he has his secretary lie for him. Who would work for such a so called "company". On two occasions he has sent people to look at the 3 current leaks and never follows up. When I call to follow up he has his secretary lie for him. I am going to pursue him legally since he started stonewalling. So if you talk to these people be aware. The work is shoddy. I've had at least 10 separate leaks since it was installed. Furthermore, my contract specified urethane foam adhesive and instead they used screws."

"In 2003 Peck put the roof on our new house. Last year there was a serious leak which they repaired. When the rainy season arrived this year it was clear that the roof was still leaking so I called, within the warranty period to ask them to look at it. After 3 telephone calls and 2 and a half weeks still not even a call back. "The field supervisor Carl will call you right back -" 3 times and not a word. I did not expect the repair to have been completed by now, but not even a call ! This is truly a disgrace."
