"PUBLIC BEWARE - I went into contract with a seller that was using Hard Hats as a contractor for a duplex for asking price of $374k. After the appraisal came in $80k lower, due to comps in the area. The seller agreed to sell it for $295k on 11/29/21. At the time of closing, Hard Hats did not provide FHA required paperwork and mentioned they’re not subject to FHA guidelines, yet they were so quick to take a $1000 deposit for a sprinkler addition that they do not intent on returning to me. Fraudulent and unethical practice ! I have reason to believe that Jamie Outten and Nicole Outten sabotaged the transaction. DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! The duplex is located in the Midtown Fort Myers area. 3 beds 2 bath for your reference."
