"This guy couldn't build a doghouse on time and correctly!! Nothing was to spec !!"

"First let me say that this builder deserves no stars but you have to do at least one. Stay away from this builder. He installs used materials. For instance, we had used garage doors installed and then he charged us to upgrade. The impact doors and windows have dates on them so when we were told to check them because the warranty is based on this date, we found that they too must have been used as they are dated July of 2015 and have no warranty from the manufacturer. That also explains why we having missing screens - the builder says that "the windows don't come with screens" - NOT TRUE according to the manufacturer. The builder charged us $4,000 to upgrade to a picture window in our dining room that was obviously used for another house as the window is dated July of 2015 and has no warranty. The builder NEVER goes on site to direct or check any subcontractors work and so the workmanship is horrifying. These are not "custom homes". One year after closing and we are still trying to get issues taken care of. Attached is a video of the work that was recently done on our picture window to add missing finish trim. He said that PGT window people were coming to install the trim. He sent 2 of his people in his personal truck (see picture) and they hacked the job. He told them to tell us they were from PGT but anyone from PGT wears a shirt that identifies their company and drives a company vehicle with a logo per PGT office. Also attached are pictures of the installed used garage doors as well as various other pictures of bad workmanship. We have many more pictures but cannot upload them all. Also, FYI...I went through public records and found that only 2 reviewers along with myself and Kris Krick have houses that were built by this builder. There is a PUBLIC record of the builder on all homes and they can all be looked up. He also has pictures of our house all over his website like he did the custom work. We paid our own contractors to install all the custom tile and all the custom lighting that we purchased out of our pocket. We purchased out of our pocket all the door and cabinet hardware which we installed. We also purchased all plumbing fixtures including the toilets, all sinks and the tub and shower fixtures as the ones that come standard are as cheap as they can get them. The tub is not centered - see attached pictures. They installed our laundry sink backwards among other things. I could go on but there are just too many things - THEY ARE NOT A GOOD BUILDER!!!!"

"Let me first start by saying we met with Pascal Construction first in our research for the build of our new home. We saw at least 7-8 builders and came back to them. Every builder wanted to upcharge for every little thing. Pascal Constructions houses are beautiful without getting hit with all the additional fees. When you walk into one of their homes you will see finishes that all the other builders charge as an upgrade, but in their homes these upgrades are standard. What you see is what you get. With Pascal you will never walk into a home and hear the famous "this model starts at this price but with all the upgrades its 150k more!" They walked us through the process, step by step and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them if you are looking at building a new home!! When our home was completed we even went back around to check out the other builders again, and you cannot touch Pascal's quality and beauty without spending substantially more money than what they charge. I would not think twice about building with them again!"
