Most importantly, the culture around jobsite safety they have is as impressive as I have experienced and was clearly evident in every task I saw them undertake. The final thing I wanted to mention is their foremen... talk about leading by example! I saw ground level leadership and respect for the crews that simply warms my heart as the quality of the work and the motivation of the crews while observing safety protocols was quite remarkable. Millions of dollars of equipment sitting there, but not until very recently have they finally started to complete the project. Thousands of people inconvenienced for months and months now."

Too few employees (slow progress), lots of project errors, and horrific construction traffic management have caused this project to be responsible for a huge number of traffic accidents, some fatal. Incredible road delays. The project was too large and too challenging for them to take on, and Florida drivers, and first responders, have suffered daily for that."
