"Initially I thought Todd, and his team did a fantastic job. Upon further inspection the quality of work specifically in plumbing is not there. I sent both Todd and Natalie an Email with my concerns, and no response. I waited about two weeks, and we spoke about my concerns. We agreed let's have someone come over and view the work. I understand mistakes happen, and managing people is difficult. I gave my wife availability for the following 2-weeks just so we could have Todd, Natalie, or maybe a supervisor to look at the work. Again, no luck; seems we're just being ignored. They installed the incorrect fitting, and glued the bath tube flange to CPVC. They used PVVC instead of Copper to save money. Okay, fine, but then the CPVC installed doesn't have a threaded end. The employee hid his mistake, and I informed Natalie. I had (3) different plumbing companies come, and discuss my concern and they all agree the incorrect pumping was used, and the fix it would require removing the tile. BullDog's employee didn't realize his mistake I'm assuming until after he had already installed the tile in the bathroom and so tried to hide his mistake. The employee who did most of the work also glued my water brass fittings with some sort of plaster. I wish they would have told me new brass fittings would be a simply $100 more, and I would have had him do it correctly. This is the quality of work you get from Bulldog when paying $100,000 in insurance money to rebuild a flooded home. Oh, and the guy “Tom” I believe is a bull in a China closet. He dented all my appliances installing them with the cabinets. He broke a tile, and did some weird grout job, and he chipped my window seal. He also installed damaged cabinets and hid it with touch up paint."
