"I do not recommend jay and his company. He is overpriced and quoted a job for glazing our shower and installing a shower door but never send the invoice. Once we finally received the invoice he did not include the shower door which I did not catch before he did the job. Once he found the shower door a month later he charged us $1325.00 to install it. We are in NY but our condo is in Florida. So we were at his mercy as we had renters coming in. Once the shower door was installed, our management company checked it and the shower door is too big for the shower. The door was scraping on the tile, it was leaking and it would not open without hitting the ceiling light. He also left the holes from the original shower door. So we had to hire our management to fix these issues. Jay, the owner then proceeded to charge our credit card for the balance we owed him without our authorization. He also won't provide his tax id number therefore I contacted the IRS. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU HIRE!!!!!!!"
"Word of advice, please stay away from Jay and his company. I've owned several properties over the years and have never dealt with a more dishonest and irresponsible human being than Jay. He is always full of excuses and lies. Please don't make the same mistake I did of giving him money in advance and then ghosting us for months and not completing the job."
"Mr. Jay is not who you think Ami I ISO bought materials for him to do the job and I don't pay so don't do work with this guy apart from that when he charges him rather he went out with his friends so don't do work with this dirty person"
"Called this company and asked if they could preform the work I needed. I was told yes they do and they would call me back. Never got a call back. Called multiple times and each time had to go over the same information as far as what work I needed done. Was told they would be out to do the work but they never showed up. Called and sent messages several times but had zero response."
"I told Jay from the start that I wanted pull-out shelves for my existing kitchen cabinets. They sent a nice lady who drove over an hour to measure the space in our cabinets. Jay called back to try to sell us new cabinets. Did not hear anything further from him. A big waste of time for all concerned."
