"I can’t say enough about Kelly Smoak Construction. When our house flooded during Hurricane Idalia, I reached out to KSC from a neighbor’s recommendation. Kelly and Mary were awesome. Not only did we stay on the projected budget, but Mary has a keen eye for design. She even came up with the idea of the wine/coffee bar (my favorite piece in my house now). We remodeled kitchen, dining room and bathroom plus repaired all flooring, drywall and doors. All the subcontractors were professional and did a great job. My house looks amazing and I would recommend them 1000%"

"Phenomenal experience with Kelly and Mary Smoak from start to finish. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and will exceed your expectations. We did a major remodel of our kitchen, bar, bathroom, laundry room, and mudroom. This included redesigning the whole floor plan, moving exterior walls, moving exterior doors and a ton of windows. They had us back in the space in 4 months which was much quicker than expected. Designing the space and picking out all of the details was so much easier with Mary’s help. "Bottom line: Yes. Mary and Kelly Smoak make a great team. They are communicative and thoughtful. We renovated a bath, laundry and converted a living area to a bedroom. The number of pieces to coordinate to get this job done were ridiculous. Permitting, Demolition, Electricians (multiple times), Plumber (multiple times), drywall (**), stucco, tile guys, glass installers, solatube people, flooring repair people, inspections for each item along the way....the list goes on. To give you an idea of the character of Kelly...I have three small children and was worried about the disruption and not having a washer. Kelly manhandled that washer in and out of the construction site as often as possible so I could do laundry. He also brought all of my amazon boxes inside and wheeled my trash can to and from the street. He was very thoughtful and I was comfortable with him in my home. Mary has a great sense of style that matched my taste perfectly. She brought in select options that didn't overwhelm us which made decisions much easier. Mary kept everything organized. She line itemed every expense and home depot rental/purchase. She worked to find items that matched our style that weren't "designer" prices. Mary took the stress out of the financial side of things. I worked in the house while construction was underway. This allowed me to meet almost all of the workers that were in an out and hear conversations. They were top notch. Polite, friendly and it is clear that they all respect Kelly. ALSO, the ALL girl demo team that took down the load bearing wall were rock stars. Most of them have "day" jobs and do this for fun together on the weekend. I loved the girl power. Solid work ladies. All in all, they stuck with the budget on our original project and allowed us to expand the project to suit our needs. Yes, I would use them again. The project is BEAUTIFUL. *Photos have arrived."

Mary will assist with design and samples. They are reasonably priced. They will provide you with a weekly update as to what is scheduled. Did I say they are TIMELY?! They renovated our bathroom so efficiently that I could barely keep up with the next decision I needed to make! I think that is the best kind of "problem" to have! We got a second quote from another contractor prior to hiring them, but I'm telling you, there's no need to do that. Give them a call."
