"The scope of the renovation and tub to shower conversion and cost was agreed by Scott. He provided a list of materials to buy, which we did, and set a tentative date to start the project. One week before the tentative start, Scott did not return multiple phone calls and texts to confirm the start of the renovation. He never responded. Poor communication and project abandonment. We then hired another contractor who was 35% less expensive and better qualified. Many thanks to Scott for backing out as he may have backed out halfway through the renovation and left the project incomplete. We hired a more qualified contractor with appropriate licenses. PLEASE SEE MY REVIEW OF A&M TILE CORP WHO DID THE PROJECT WITH OUTSTANDING RESULTS."

"It has only been a year since we had Jets Renovations remodel our kitchen, paint the interior of the house, install crown moulding and install Saltillo tile throughout the house. Several of the cabinet doors have completely broken off from the cabinet. The quality of the quartz countertop is poor; it stains and is difficult to get the stain removed. The old paint colors are bleeding through the new paint, the trim paint is peeling off and the crown moulding is separating from the ceiling . After three attempts, the tile was still not installed properly in the kitchen, we told him to give up and the tile in general is not holding up."
