"Stay away from this company! They talk like they are different and have all this training. I have over 3 decades in the trade and they told me they would teach me the systems in place and I would get my own project. 2 months in they say I'm not a good fit for the company. It was all based on another employee giving Florida the feed back. I seen similar reviews on indeed of the same experience. 1st of all the recruiter said things that wasn't true and when I went to Florida to meet the team I believed them and that's on me. I went out of my comfort zone in the 1st place. You don't treat people with experience like I have. This is why you will never hire people and keep them treating them like this.
