"Charles with Four Seasons Home Improvement consulted with me and my mother in-law about building a lanai for my front porch of a villa we purchased. He drew me out a floor plan for the project. I hired them but when I went to look at the job when they finished it looked nothing like what we spoke about nor the floor plans that were given to me. They made huuuuuge changes to the plans and didn't even call me regarding the changes. They just built it. How can they just build something and not ask you the homeowner's permission??? I hate it. There is a foot gap between the fence and the lanai that dirt and debris gets and you have to use a blower to get it out. It looks atrocious too. It look nothing like what we talked about and all the neighbors lanai's. I am very unhappy with it and Jack Hart the owner told me well too bad you already paid me and I am not going to do nothing. You can go ahead and sue me. I now will have to hire another lanai company to fix our lanai and I will file a claim with the small claims court against Four Seasons Home Improvement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"
