"His crew did a good job replacing my flat roof in preparation for an AC condenser being replaced however he failed to get the permit "closed" out. 4 years later it is still an unresolved issue. Don't give him a final payment til you can verify the permit passed inspection and it shows up closed on the city website. I contacted Reggie numerous times and he told me he would take care of it but the permit is still not closed. Follow up is that we have called their office 2x in the past 3 weeks since I wrote this review. No reply yet. And the permitting agency with the city came to our house unannounced and reminded us of what we already knew, the permit is still not closed. Reggie's credibility is dropping until resolved."

I love my roof and support the Reed Family. Watching Mr. Reed, who is in his 60s go on top of my 3 story roof to oversee the work was awesome. Power to the old school. I will miss you guys a lot."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better roofing company to do our complete roof replacement. Reggie was so professional and made sure everything was done to our liking. His pricing is the most affordable we found but that doesn’t mean he cut any corners on the job. We needed some extra work on the wood panels but he stayed very fair on pricing with the inflation costs of wood. Everything was great and we have recommended him to our real estate agent as a vendor for future referrals."
