"While trimming branches from over the house, debris came down and damaged my siding. Still has not been fixed. The trimming of shrubs was horribly done. The ends are short then it's tall and uneven in the middle. It looks rediculous. This work began on October 29 and it's still not completed. I was texted today saying they would finish but the only thing they did was grind two small stumps. My hedge was not fixed nor was my siding replaced. Very lax work ethic. He texted me later and said this is what I get for $200 ... I guess he meant an uneven hedge? He also said I was nickel and diming and said my siding was not put on good. So I guess it's not suppose to chip when tree debris hits it? I paid Jim and his company a total of $5,000 for tree trimming and cutting down two large trees. It's not nickel and diming to expect things done right. He is on Angi. If you use this company get a contract and a copy of his Certificate of Insurance and don't pay him until the job is finished. He took advantage I believe because I am a woman and have a kind heart. I have learned my lesson."
