"Stable Foundations fixed the sill beam on the front of my 85 year old house. They were professional, responsive, answered all my questions and I am very happy with the job they did. I called three contractors and Randall with Stable Foundations immediately made me feel like he understood the situation, knew what needed to be done and I immediately felt that he was honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Stable Foundations gave me the middle quote in terms of price. I thought the contractor with lowest quote really didn’t know the extent of the issue so the cost would likely go up during the job, they didn’t go under the house (it has a scuttle hole and it’s not fun under there) and the contractor with the high quote was really over-selling. Stable Foundations completed the job at the quoted price and in the timeframe they outlined for me. I would recommend them to anyone."
"This company corrected a serious unstable foundation issue with our church building. They performed an A++ job!! They were prompt, fair in their price, efficient, knowledgeable, hard working, polite and performed an excellent foundation stablizing operation. We are very pleased with their work."
"Just want to take a moment and drop a few honest words about the crew who did work on the St Barnabas Episcopal Church in Williston. From the initial call to the meeting with the salesman to the quote all the way down till the guy showed up to do this job everything was spot on. These young gentlemen did a excellent job and have it work ethic to be commended in this day and age. Just my thoughts, but if you go with anyone else, things will keep sinking!"
"I was very impressed with Mike Wright of Foundation Solutions who visited our home today for a free inspection on some foundation settling issues I was concerned with. He was on time, very professional and was straight forward. We walked around the home together and to my surprise he said our issue was maybe a 2 on a scale of 10 meaning nothing should be done at the moment. He recommended taking pictures of the cracks with a tape measure and going back in a year to see if there was any growth and reconnect. He even used a laser beam in our garage and bedrooms and saw no concerns that would require foundation support at this time. Very impressed with his honesty and integrity and would certainly recommend this company for an inspection if you are looking for honest feedback."
"Read before considering to hire this company. Called Stable Foundations for an estimate because they had great reviews in Homeadvisor. While the gentleman who called was very polite, he certainly showed no interest in the job. He basically limited him self to saying that if I had at $7,500 to spend for 100-120feet of linear support as a minimum, he could "consider" doing the job and it was all buts after that. No joist replacement, they don't touch rotted wood, or do extensive woodwork. Well change a copuple joists for an additional 500 bucks or so... Also there must be enough space of crawlspace... Seriously!!!. We don't like to get into sandy spaces and if it is too hard, we don't need the job he said because they had enough business and they didn't need the hassle. Understandably, crawlspace work is hard because of access in a confined space, but if it was easy work anybody could do it so then why call a specialized professional. I just wonder how they make money... I had another company do an estimate and they said, dont worry about the ground clearance; we will dig to get to where we need to go. I am very disappointed and a total waste of my time."
