"This company is by far the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with! Don’t let the 5 star ratings fool you. They started our project (bathroom) in JANUARY of this YEAR! They have made countless mistakes and on top of that their communication with the consumer is awful. They bully the elderly into signing contracts and then NEVER complete the job or take almost 9 months to complete the project. All they care about is your money and not helping you. My grandparents are both sickly and haven’t been able to shower since January!! This is disgusting and vile behavior. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Cody the owner is a piece of work. Told us he is going to pull out of the project because we didn’t start paying the deductible but no one has come to even collect the payment let alone call us to let us know when they would finish. They also informed us that they have 10-12 projects in the same predicament as me and my family."
