"Very easy to lunch but men it is a bit messy in the parking lot. Plus those no seeams are nuts. Don’t know why but after hurricane IAN seems like they are on steroids"
"They have lost their mind! You have to pay a toll to get over the bridge. The price they want to charge for parking is absolutely ridiculous! Thank God this is Florida and there's Coast everywhere. Don't deal with this garbage go elsewhere. There's a ton of better places with better amenities for a lot cheaper"
"**BEWARE** This is a great little nook to actually be in. However, during the week it's $40 to park and/or launch. If it's a weekend or holiday, you HAVE to have an AC or BC permit that you can only get from the city of Sanibel, which is $400! A city employee sits in a truck all day babysitting the ramp, questioning if you have a permit. This was implemented after Ian but you don't know until you get there. Unreal.. ***update*** found out the city is not giving out anymore permits until 2025"
"Beautiful location, clean and the Restaurant has Fresh Well prepared and delicious meals."
"A 2 lane boat ramp with docking for 2 boats away from the ramp. Users should exercise caution on negative low tides as the ramp has a good amount of marine algae growing on it. Also this ramp is not great to use on days with strong N or East winds."
