"RUDE Cashier - Her REAL NAME is Karen. I stopped at this 7-Eleven, 19911 Ryffel Way, Ft Myers (07/26/24 7:31 AM) to get gas and use the restroom. After pumping my gas, I was instructed to get the receipt inside. I asked Karen for receipt. She asked which pump. I said I was not sure of the number and told her the dollar amount and pointed to my jeep. She asked how much I pumped and I repeated the info. I asked if she could look it up (there were only a very few vehicles at the pumps). She huffed and told me she would have to scroll through all of them. I told her to forget about the receipt, not needing the aggravation. She continued hollering across the store, asking for the same info 4 more times. Although I stopped talking to her, she finally produced the correct receipt. There were 2 other employees behind the counter who could have stepped in to help resolve the issue but chose not to. :( This is not a reflection of all 7-Eleven stores. I frequently get gas at different locations. A lot are franchised, and I like to use local business owners."

"On June 16, 2024, at approximately 10:15 PM, I visited the 7-Eleven store located at [Store Address]. Upon entering the store, I approached the counter to request assistance with purchasing a propane tank. The male employee present displayed behavior that was highly unprofessional and concerning.The employee appeared to be under the influence of some substance, as he was behaving erratically and his speech was slurred. He was very rude when I asked for help with the propane tank, responding with a dismissive and hostile attitude. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, he outright refused to help me."

"Terrible operation. Pumps out of service, diesel flows like a drip. Inside store is a pig pen. Disgusting for location. To the "owner" : go to this location and check the situation. I do not trust using unknow websites. Spam, scam? Not chancing it. Multiple gas pumps have bags covering gas nozzles, diesel, which I attempted to purchase took 5 mins for $3, and when I moved to next pump, I stopped at $1 as it too was too slow. Wife went in to buy donuts & use restroom."
