"In short order Jacob is top notch craftsman. I originally called to have a door and casing repaired. He was quick to respond and provide an estimate. Since I wasn’t in a hurry, I said I would reach out when I was ready, which then turned into a needed several more little repairs to get my house ready to sell. He came that same week to look at all the repairs and provided a cost per “project” so I could easy pick and choose what I could budget. In explaining the timeline for the sell of my house, he worked me into this schedule to meet my needs. The day of repairs he showed up on time, even assisted by picking up some items at the home store for the job. He made quick work of the jobs with quality work. He is not only kind, but very professional and went above and beyond making sure it was just as I expected, by asking if the repairs were as I were expecting them to be. Not only did Jacob do high quality work, but so did the subcontractors he brought in for some items.
