"I thought this gas station was open 24/7 (it usually is)… I guess not tonight. Oh wait, it was ONLY open for this one man in the photos attached!!! I guess this man is one of her friends because they chatted quite a bit and then he purchased something. There are currently several people trying to go inside to purchase stuff but she won’t let anybody inside, only her friend. Great way to run a business… The older lady working is incredibly rude and quite clearly does not want to be open or working. I’m writing this review while sitting in the parking lot and she just keeps walking over to see if I’m still here and then she angrily stares at me. I’m now about to leave and happily go spend my money some where else!!! Definitely AVOID GOING TO THIS GAS STATION, unless it’s an emergency. There are plenty of other gas stations close by! Edit: Filled my tank up right down the road and spent 47$ on snacks! I can’t help but wonder how much money this gas station has lost from the amount of customers she has turned away… Also, from reading the other reviews it seems like this isn’t an isolated incident!"
"I come here often but never have been so dissatisfied with this store lately there has been a young man working nights, I was expecting him but what i was greeted with was disappointment this elderly lady who was the cashier was standing outside the door telling everyone outside including me that she was not able to “ring anything up” because the systems were down. I listened and got back in my car. not even a minute later a man pulls into a gas pump and knocks on the door, expecting her to turn him away I watched for a moment but imagine my surprise when i saw her unlock the door let him in and hug him. she then walked inside with him and locked the door back. please get this lady and store under control IMMEDIATELY"
"Mid afternoon 9/1/2021, my partner stopped in to store #32188. We live across the street and stop in daily, this day was unlike any other day. The older gentleman working behind the counter that we hadn't seen before, refused to make us a pizza or give my partner service. He was irately yelling at my partner to get out of the store. He said he was trouble and was calling the police.. obviously a case of mistaken Identity! He tried to show him his driver's license and no prevail.left the store with no service...later found out this gentleman is the owners father..and has a record of not being so nice...I'm hoping someone reaches out to myself and rights this wrong...an apology for sure! From the owner!"
"Won't go back to this 7-11 again. Like the reviewer below (Helen) we had the same situation this past Sunday 11/08/20 at around 11am. Stopped in for fuel while on the motorcycles with friends. The pump was not reading my credit card so my wife went inside and prepaid $10 on the pump with the card. Wasn't sure how much fuel the bike would take but I was thinking in the $8 - $10 range. It took a little over $7 and there was no message on screen to "see clerk for change" etc. Every other gas station I've used on a pre-pay like this always charges only the amount you purchased (the systems automatically credit the difference when the charge comes through) so I figured this would be the case and never went inside for the difference. While all other gas stations these days are set up to credit back the proper purchase amount, you have to wonder why this station does not? My wife said the ladies room was a mess with no paper towels available and urine on the floor, we ended up making another stop down the road for bathrooms. Only one positive that day was my wife said the cashier was friendly and nice. I called and spoke with a rep. there re: this matter and was informed that in order to get my credit I'd have to return to the station with my receipt which obviously won't happen since we live 170 miles across the State. Buyer beware at this location, there's some other gas stations within just a few miles of this 7-11 you may want to consider."
"Went to this station for gas gave my debit card and they put $25 dollars on it because I didn't know how much I would need. I was told if I didn't use that amount it would debit my account the rest. Well They didn't . and before I left the machine said to go get you change. I went in and the girl said I was good to go. My account would be debited the other $6.00. Guess this station is not an honest one. I will also put in a complaint to the BBB. And I will notify the 7-11 if I can find the owner. They need to check who they hire."
