"All the ladies are very nice. I work with a local company and AA always gets things out pretty quick. For stock items I know it'll be about a week and special order items can be up to 3 weeks which is expected. My orders always get processed quick and they call and verify any questions that might come up or items I might forget. I've always had a great experience with AA."

"Worst experience I ever had. The office manager and one other person do not have the customer service skills to help. They tell you one thing and do another. Unfortunately, this is the only counter top business that cuts counter tops. Basically, the business is biased to the larger contracts and push smaller orders to the side. They tell you it will be ready one day and never call to tell you they pushed your order back. When you call they act as if they lost the order or change what they said before. When you confront them all they want to do is argue and not fix the problem even when given a solution. Worse company to work with. I suggest going to Mobile Mills Distribution they have a three to four day turn around or go to Lowe's or Home Depot. You might wait a little longer, but they have great customer care."
